Eligibility: BTech (IT/CSE)/BE/MCA/MSc (IT)

Experience guideline: 5 – 7 years

Essential skillset:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining SQL databases and interfaces
• Writing and implementing SQL queries and scripts to support data management needs
• Working closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the data is accurate and the interface design is user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SQL databases and interfaces
• Providing support to other members of the development team
• Helping build custom APIs and digest external APIs for data import and export
• Communicating to executives about possible solutions
• Using SQL Queries and logical analysis to analyze and document existing, undocumented data models and business rules
• MS-SQL, including writing and testing queries and stored procedures
• Database design, including schema design and data modeling
• Interface development support, including user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) development 
• XML and JSON Experience
• Software development best practices, such as agile methodologies and version control
• Working well in a team environment and adapting to new technologies and tools as needed
• Business understanding, including a general understanding of Real Estate
• CRM Understanding and Experience

Desirable skillset:

• AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS a plus
• The professional would be required to communicate directly with the Client Manager in Overseas projects. Strong Verbal and written communication skills required
