1) Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
The App allows you to select documents and images to print. The content you choose (such as PDFs, images, or text files) is processed only to complete printing.
B. Information Collected Automatically
We do not collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, contacts, or precise location.
C. Location Permission (Required for Printer Discovery)
The App may request Location permission to help discover and connect to your TVS Blaze printer on Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi Direct. When enabled, this permission may allow the operating system to provide information needed for nearby device and network discovery.
We do not use your location permission to track your precise GPS location, and we do not store or share your location data. Location permission is used only for printer discovery and connectivity.
D. Device & Network Information (On-Device Only)
To connect to your TVSE Blaze printer, the App may access:
- Local Network information (e.g., printer IP address, Wi-Fi Direct / Wi-Fi router connection details)
- Printer details displayed in the App (e.g., toner level, serial number, model, status, printed page count, IP)
This information is used only on your device to discover and communicate with the printer.
2) How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Discover and connect to your TVSE Blaze printer over Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Direct or router)
- Print the files you select with your chosen settings (paper size, duplex, copies, quality, page range, rotation, etc.)
- Show printer status and information (e.g., toner level, IP address, model, serial number)
3) Files, Photos, and Document Access
The App may request permission to access:
- Files (via the iOS file picker)
- Photos (if you choose to print images)
The App accesses only the items you explicitly select for printing.
Temporary processing: Selected files may be temporarily stored or cached on-device to generate print previews or to process printing. We aim to remove temporary data after printing is completed or when you exit the print flow.
4) Printing from Third-Party Apps and Cloud Services
The App can print files you choose from services such as:
- Email attachments
- WhatsApp (via iOS Share/Files)
- Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive (via iOS document picker / provider integrations)
We do not collect or store your login credentials for these services. Access is handled by iOS and/or the respective service provider. Your use of third-party services is governed by their privacy policies.
5) Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We do not share your selected documents/images with third parties, except:
- When required to communicate with your printer over the local network to complete printing
- If required by law (see Section 10)
6) Tracking and Advertising
- The App does not use advertising SDKs.
- The App does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
- The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
7) Data Retention
We do not maintain user accounts and do not store personal information on our servers.
Any temporary, on-device data created for preview/printing is kept only as long as needed for printing and may be deleted when the job completes or when you close the printing flow.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. Printing occurs over your local Wi-Fi connection, and the security of that network also affects overall security.
9) Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
10) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App listing or app page as required. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
