Business Development Executive

Objective: Responsible for generating business from Domestic/Overseas clients.

Qualification: BSc, BCA, BBA, MSc with minimum Three years of experience. Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing Management is desirable

Experience Guidelines: 3- 5 years with the following:

Essential:

  • experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development in IT in International Market(preferred).
  • Understanding of web solutions, e-commerce platforms, Mobile app development in Android and iPhone, Custom Business applications development.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of preparing attractive business proposals and submitting for Client’s Review
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player

Desirable:

    • Proven track record for meeting defined revenue targets
    • Flexible to work under salary plus incentive arrangement
    • Exposure to AI tool

 

Job Description:

The professional would be required to generate leads and proactively take steps for gathering the project requirements and Closing the deals

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads in target markets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver product/service presentations to prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and pipeline data.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular market feedback and insights to management.
